Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-5 business days.

During new product launches, sales periods, and other busy times, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we'll keep you updated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $50.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will display an estimated shipping timeframe on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. We do not split orders into multiple shipments.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your planner.

If you've changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised products
  • Sale items

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please contact us to arrange a return and place a new order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@homebaseplanners.com and we'll work with you to make it right.
