Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During new product launches, sales periods, and peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50 within Australia.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will display an estimated shipping timeframe on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. We do not split orders into multiple shipments.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, Home Base Planners is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Home Base Planners is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
