Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at hello@homebaseplanners.com.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Items that have been used, personalised, altered, or are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items, gift cards, and personalised products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us to arrange a return. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
